To make it as easy as possible for you, we offer a variety of fast and reliable payment methods. In the Netherlands, you can pay directly with iDEAL, credit card, or PayPal.
International customers can choose from the following payment methods: PayPal, Sofort Überweisung, Giropay, CBC Online, KBC Online, ING Homepay, Mister Cash, Klarna, and credit card.
We accept the following credit cards: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and JCB.
Once you've completed the final step and receive confirmation from your bank, credit card, or PayPal, you'll shortly receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order. This includes all your details, the payment method, and the products you ordered. We will process your order immediately and as carefully as possible.
Delivery
Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a business day will be delivered the next day. This only applies to orders within the Netherlands. Orders to Belgium are often delivered the next day as well. If your order is unexpectedly delayed, we will contact you immediately. In rare cases, POST NL may not deliver a package within 24 hours. You can always track your order with a POST NL Track & Trace code.
Orders from abroad are shipped the same day on business days. Delivery time can vary from 1-14 days depending on the country and the order.
